How often does NowPlay get new toys?

We keep an eye on demand of our current toys, and also what toys are popular with kids. We constantly try to satisfy customers' toy wishes and keep up on toy trends! 

 

How long does NowPlay keep a toy?

We pride ourselves on high-quality; we only keep toys that we can ensure the uppermost condition. If they are in gently used condition, we will donate them to Great Ormond Street Hospital along with your old toys!

 

How will the toys be cleaned?

The toys will be cleaned by a standardised sanitising process.

          1. An eco-friendly sanitizing bath with soap water 

          2. Toys will be submerged in mild detergent solution (if apporpriate), then air dried

          3. Toys that cannot be submerged in detergent solution will be hand-cleaned with soap and water, sprayed with detergent                   solution, then wiped dry

          4. Store the toy away in sanitised compartments until next delivery

 

The Service

How quickly do you deliver?

We deliver your first box within 24 hours (48 hours for weekends) of ordering. After that, your next box will come every 30 days.

 

What happens when a toy gets damaged?

Unfortunately you will be liable for any damage, but you can take out an insurance policy (£2.99/month) that will cover you against any damages to the toys or if the toys get returned incomplete. 

 

Can I keep the toys longer than 30 days?

Of course! If you want to keep a toy or more, we will subtract what you want to keep from your next month's allowance. So if you want to keep your whole toy box, we will see you in another 30 days time :) 

 

If my child likes one toy very much, can I buy it?

Not for now as we are focusing on launching the toy-renting element. However, we will keep this option open and we are open for suggestions. 

 

Can I donate all kinds of old toys?
